For over 35 years Paradise Oaks Youth Services is dedicated to helping children who have experienced severe abuse, neglect and/or trauma so they can bravely, and safely, change their life’s story. Our trained professionals have empowered children and families by providing a child-centered, customized approach to healing through our community-based programsThe primary goal of all our programs is to reintegrate our children back into safe families, supportive schools, and vibrant communities.

Paradise Oaks Youth Services careers range from clinicians and foster family social workers, to youth residential counselors, to a variety of support staff positions. A full benefits package is offered to employees working over 30 hours per week and includes:

All positions require criminal background check, FBI fingerprint check, State of CA child abuse check, DMV driving record check, pre-employment physical, academic credential verification, and reference check.
